ALERT: Beware of Scam Phone Calls
Lake Regional has received reports of scammers who call members of our community, pretend to be with Lake Regional and demand payment for bills. If you receive a call, always ask for the date of service, where the care was delivered, the name of the provider and other questions to validate the expense. If you are unsure the call is legitimate, hang up! You can call the phone number on your patient statement instead, or if you cannot find a patient statement, call 573-348-8798.
